While this did an excellent job of siding with my insulin resistance and fat metabolism, it gave me a tight neck and head pressure that made me miserable. Not sure why. And it did change my mood to flat. As soon as i went off my mood improved and the neck/head tension subsided over the next day or so. This was just mot a good product for me. I am going to give Berberine a try for insulin resistance and see if that works better.
