This probiotic can be used during continuous antibiotic therapy, when taking birth control pills, during steroid or hormonal replacement therapy as well as for issues including extreme fatigue, allergies, chronic stress and yeast overgrowth.

HMF Forte contains human microflora (HMF). These probiotic strains have significant research behind them - including randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human trials. An overgrowth of potentially harmful bacteria in your intestines could lead to a weakened immune system. You may benefit by restoring the balance of so-called friendly bacteria through the use of a probiotic like HMF Forte.
Suggested Usage
Take one capsule two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

What I know for sure is that every time I run out of this probiotic my kids are sick within days. It has happened enough times that I am certain it is no coincidence. We have had the most mild cold/flu season since my children started school.

I take this with breakfast and dinner daily. Keep it chilled. Very powerful concentration of probiotics in this. I love getting this (and all my supplements) from Professional supplement Center; shipping is free! They don't even charge for the special care they take to ship this as a ""keep cold"" item; they include a free ice pack with it! Another retailer charges an additional $50 for the cold shipping!

I bought an ice pack, but they packed it in such a tiny box that it fit in the black mailbox which is like a small oven in the summer. Probiotics were warm to the touch. They need to be consistent in their packaging- first time it's ever come in a miniature box before. They tried to tell me to go ahead and use it. I won't use this vendor again (after a couple of years as a regular customer).

This is the first time I have used a probiotic. I have been on these probiotics for a month now and they seem to be doing great. No complaints :) I also purchased the ice pack which I recommend. The package was sitting in my mailbox for two days and when I opened the package the ice pack was still partly frozen :) It was low 70's/high 60's outside during that time.
