Suggested Usage
Adults and Children (6 years and older): One capsule taken daily with a meal, at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as professionally directed.
Store under refrigeration (below 46°F).

I made the switch to the HLC Intensive probiotic during a gut healing/antifungal program and haven't looked back! I have tried many probiotics over the years and am having the best results with the HLC Intensive capsules. I was informed that probiotics with FOS may feed a fungal/yeast issue, so I opted for the HLC Intensive capsules-they contain no FOS-and am having excellent results.

Although there aren't very many capsules per bottle HLC Intensive are the most potent probiotic I've ever used. They are however, meant to be a primary treatment so there are sufficient capsules for that and maintenance can be done with a lower potency capsule. In as little as two weeks they have made a very noticeable positive change in my GI system. I have suffered from a floral imbalance for years and these are helping to put me on the right track.

I am giving the HLC Intensive 1 star because of the new packaging design. The safety seal does not work properly. It is entirely possible for this product to be "tampered" with and to not know it because the entire cap can stay attached to the bottom part (which is supposed to come apart when you unscrew the cap for the first time) and put back on the bottle. So, it makes it possible to get in an out of the bottle without any evidence of that. I hope this makes sense. As for the actual product, it should receive 5 stars. Redesign the safety seal (or go back to the old design because that worked great).

The product is good. The service and communications are very good. The pricing is a bit high. The rating would be four or five stars except PS ships this product ( which needs to stay cold, regardless of the claim it can go a day or two without it. It is best cold, everyone knows that) With a cold Pak vs DRY ICE, which is the way to do it. So recommend finding another source if you want full potency probiotics especially at these prices). Dave.
