Hard to Stir Up

This does have probiotics in it, but so far I haven't really noticed a difference in my hair and nails, but I do notice my husband's skin is looking beautiful! We drink it in coffee in the morning and other's I've used stirred up much easier with less taste. I trust this brand so thought I would try it while it was on sale!

Has a definite taste,salty but not salty...not liking that with my coffee. I have tried to disguise with vanilla, cinnamon to no avail. On the plus side, it does blend in well. I'll keep searching.

My mom has been taking collagen (not this brand) and she is in her 70's with no wrinkles because of it. I bought this one because I really like Garden of Life brand of products. I have had several of their products in the past and love them. I started taking one scoop in my coffee every morning and notice a lot of improvement in my skin. I wear a full face mask with my breathing machine for my sleep Apnia and have noticed that my face gets these deep grooves in it from the mask. I also noticed that my 45 year old skin was not bouncing back like in the past. Within 3 days of taking this product I noticed an incredible change in the elasticity of my face in the morning after I removed my face mask. I love collagen and this one is working really awesomely for me. Hope this helps.

I switched to this supplement on recommendation. I’m so glad I did! I noticed an improvement in 3 days, my digestion was ramped up! It’s been almost two weeks and I’ve lost 7 lbs! I haven’t changed a single other thing in my diet so I must attribute it to this collagen supplement😃

Doesn't dissolve well

I couldn't get this to dissolve completely in hot water, so I didn't really use it. I'm sure it has its benefits if you can get it to dissolve or if you can tolerate powder chunks in your beverage.

My husband puts this in water and drinks it with no flavor added, doesn't mind the taste. We also sometimes throw in a cube of frozen juice. It dissolves quickly and is easy to use.
