Grapefruit Seed Extract is a dietary supplement that helps promote the balance of intestinal micro flora in support of healthy GI function and comfort.
This highly concentrated, grapefruit seed extract provides 45% polyphenols to support healthy microbial and fungal balance within the GI tract.
Polyphenols support the body in:
- maintaining healthy bacteria in the GI tract
- expelling unwanted microorganisms
Research indicates that grapefruit seed extract promotes a healthy environment even when exposed to a wide range of bacterial biotypes.
Grapefruit seed extract also contains a natural complement of antioxidant bioflavonoids that help reduce the hazardous effects of free radicals. And as it is alkaline in nature, grapefruit seed extract promotes balance in the bodys pH level. This helps control pathogens, as they cannot thrive in alkaline environment.
