Glutathione also plays a critical role in the body’s defense system against oxidative stress by acting directly to neutralize free radicals, as well as by maintaining the activity of vitamins C and E. This product has Glutathione in its reduced, active form for optimum bioavailability and includes Milk Thistle Extract and Alpha-Lipoic Acid as complementary ingredients.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

My doctor recommended, I take 500 mg 2 x day. I tried it once, 1x day, and got terrible intestinal gas. I tried it again about 1 month later and the same thing occurred. I'm sure it is my problem and not the supplement. I will be holding off on any brand until I talk to my MD.
