Suggested Usage
One teaspoon (5 ml) taken two times daily with meals or as professionally directed.
Like extra virgin olive oil, Finest Pure Cod Liver Oil may occassionally become cloudy in cold conditions. This is perfectly normal and in no way affects the quality of the oil. If warmed, the cloudiness will disappear.

I used this product for a period of two weeks each day after a meal. I was not too impressed, but there seemed to be some benefits. I did not notice any bad taste and the orange was somewhat pleasant but there are better fish oils on the market than this product. For the price it is not too bad but just know there are better products.
