This product is my best friend

I have been taking Fenugreek for years to alleviate my allergies, whether it be from pollen, ragweed or dust. It is a miracle worker. I love the fact that it is natural, so no over the counter allergy pills that have terrible side effects for this girl. I recommend it to anyone with allergies as it literally clears your sinuses in a very gentle manner. I love it and give it two thumbs up. If I had three hands, I'd give it three thumbs up.

Fenugreek

I've only been taking them for about a week now so I'm not really sure if there's any change in my metabolism I'm taking them in place of prescription drugs for my diabetes type 2 I will let you know if my A1C starts coming down by using the fenugreek thank you
