Warnings
Since fish oil does thin the blood, large doses may increase risk of stroke from hemorrhaging. Fish oil has been used in combination with anticoagulant therapy, however, caution should be employed when larger doses are used.
Hyperparathyroidism or sarcoidosis patients should avoid vitamin D supplementation. Hypercalciuria and hypercalcemia are usually not seen unless the daily dose exceeds 2400 IU.
Medicinal amounts of any vitamin, mineral or specialty nutrient should only be taken with the advice of a trained licensed healthcare professional.
If biliary colic (digestive upset) is present, check gallbladder function.
If pregnant, nursing, or taking other medications, consult healthcare practitioner before using this product.

Just what the homeopath ordered

I take these 3 times a day per my homeopath directions. At times I feel I have an after taste if I did not swallow enough water but then again I am also taking many other supplements and vitamins at the same time.
