Suggested Usage
Ages 14 and up, one packet daily. Empty contents into a glass, add 4-6 oz. of water, stir. For lighter flavor, mix with more water.

The Emergen C supplement is a good value. We are healthy eaters in our house and make sure to make Vitamin C as a part of our daily supplements. The powder form makes it easy to mix in water and take with the other vitamins.
