Improves Energy and Easy on Stomach!

Excellent and worth the extra money on a quality vitamin. I like that I only need to take 2 a day. My previous, cheaper prenatal (from the grocery store) was artificially colored. This is colored with beet juice. This vitamin never upsets my stomach. The iron level is easy absorbed. I take one with breakfast and one with lunch. Taking this and an extra magnesium glycinate while pregnant helped with headaches and leg cramps. Now while breastfeeding, I only take this vitamin.
