Great product & Great flavor!

My functional medicine doctor recommended this product as I wasn't having regular bowel movements. I take this product right away in the morning so it can coat my GI tract for a day of eating. I have found that my body has been able to process food easier and fast, and I am now on a regular cycle! It's amazing and the peach flavor is great too! It's not too strong.
