Suggested Usage
Adults: use only as directed. Apply once daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Dispense cream into the palm of hand and rub on the chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating area each time. Do not use for more than three weeks out of the month.

I apply twice weekly; the cream is easily absorbed into skin, w/ pleasant scent. My severe vaginal pain has been greatly eased during intercourse, when Estrace vaginal cream used for several years did nothing. I started having severe discomfort at age 55,(total hysterectomy at age 35),despite using estrogen patch replacement. A 34 yr stable marriage, exercise, gluten free-low carb-higher good fats, and a daily probiotic were in place before trying Emerita DHEA cream. I sought help from two gyns that never mentioned DHEA cream. I heard an interview online w/ Dr. Anna Cabeca (functional medicine), what a difference!
