no longer able to use this

by Debbie -

I used this when this supplement was preserved with another preservative. Because they now use potassium iodide as a preservative I can no longer use and buy this copper. It smells so strong that I could smell the iodine without even opening the bottle. I actually smelled it when I opened the package it was shipped in. There needs to be a warning on this supplement for people who react to iodine. Why a company would stick a supplement within a supplement is beyond me. Warning for people with thyroid problems. You are getting iodine along with this copper.

What I was looking for

by DB

I realized that copper was virtually non-existent in my diet. I am finding this is a very easy way to supplement it. I add a couple drops under my tongue (the taste isn't great, but that's ok). Or I have also added it to my facial cream, to use topically. I know copper is something you don't want too much of, so I use it sparingly.
