I use twice a day. Bought it for my skin and nails. It's not the greatest taste to drink it by itself but is tolerable. I don't mind it. I also want to improve the collagen on my skin.

Not impressed, skin still dry and joint pain

Used for 6 months but used capsules for a year before and no improvement to skin, hair or nails. Nails still brittle with groves, hair breaks and is split still, skin is so dry and scaly especially on front thighs and no improvement after all this. Not even 50 and use sunscreen. It is easy to mix and tasteless. Also pulled something in thigh a while back and this hasn't helped

I have really enjoyed how my skin has improved, and my hair and nails are thriving. They grow so quick! I haven't noticed a lot of improvement in my joints, but that wasn't something I was too focused on.
