Chelated Magneisum provided by Douglas Laboratories, supplies 100 mg of elemental magnesium in the form magnesium amino acid chelate.
Magnesium plays an essential role in a wide range of fundamental cellular reactions. More than 300 enzymes require magnesium as a cofactor. Of the 20-30 grams of total body magnesium, about 40% is located in muscle and other soft tissues, and the remainder is bone. The concentration of intracellular magnesium is carefully regulated, and its alterations can have profound effects on cardiac and skeletal muscle physiology.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 tablet daily or as directed by healthcare professional.

A little hard to swallow

Due due the thickness of the tablet, and that the edges aren't rounded; I found these tablets a little hard to swallow. No other problems though.

Take at bedtime with potassium supplement. I melt it in water and then drink it. I have a swallowing problem and find this product melts totally and allows ease in taking. Help with sleep and muscle cramps. Great product.

This product help me very good with getting free of cramps I do adevoce other people to do so and they told me they are too happy about the same result. But what make no to happy is how the cost has made a rapid increase . So I am trying to get the same product of a different brand
