I'm only about a week in but all ready noticing a difference in my physical appearance and my clothes are fitting better. my cravings aren't gone yet but seeing the improvements help me to be good and stay away from the sugars and carbs.i recommend this if candida is at all an issue for you. from a small case to the difficult ones. I'm on the difficult end and will cycle through a few of these before I go on a maintenance plan.
