Taste good and works!

My 16 year old daughter likes how they taste and told me they really help her fall asleep. Trust me when I say she is typically a tough critic.

Really works!!!

I'm a Rn and have worked night shift for the better part of 25 years. Tried many things, including prescription meds for sleep. I was averaging about 4 hours a night and waking multiple times in those few hours. Another Rn recommended this. I HAVE HAD THE BEST RESULTS! It took a couple of days to start working for me, so don't give up right away. Now I sleep till my alarm goes off which is anywhere from 5-8+ hours a day and I only occasionally wake up 1x each day. The gummies taste good. Easy to chew and swallow. They have a sugar like coating but aren't too sweet. I highly recommend giving this a try. I now have my husband and my 34 y/o son taking them and they have had excellent results also!

Great sleep aide, was able to discontinue a prescription sleep aide!
