coral legend~fabulous find

I'd rather take a tsp. of coral legend powder in juice, seltzer, etc. [to get the 1200 mg of calcium] rather than having to take 5-6 capsules or tablets. So absorbable and less to digest. Easy to get 1200 mg of needed calcium. And absorption not slowed in having to get broken down in the liver first. So thankful I'm back on this! Forgot just how easy can be to get the calcium/magnesium I need!

I love this product~have been using this brand for 8 years. No matter what beverage I've added it to [water, juice, seltzer], the powder dissolves without an issue. Never has clumped or tasted chalky]. I love that it gets absorbed more efficiently than any tablets or capsules ever could. Probably because marine coral is higher quality calcium, this does what calcium supplements should do for the body.

best way to get calcium!

Rather than take several monster tablets in order to get the required amt. of calcium each day, 1 t. is equal to 1,200 mg. calcium, 600 mg magnesium. PRL's Coral Legend mixes effortlessly with ANY liquid I've used and I don't gag drinking it. I've been using this for years, went back to taking 5-6 monster tablets and quickly got back on this Coral Legend. Simple, pure ingredients, never had any ill effects whatsoever. Love this product!!

I purchased this product hoping that it would help reduce the amount of migraines I get, I’ve only been using it a week, so time will tell. I have noticed that I sleep better! I was waking 2-3 times a night and would be unable to go back to sleep for 1-2 hours each time. Since using this product before bed, I’ve only woken up once and was able to go back to sleep immediately. I had been on a different magnesium supplement previously, but this product has made a noticeable difference.
