most absorbable form I know of that doesn't cause heart attacks or bone spurs, but I recommend taking it with an enzyme that has lactase.

My Chiropractor recommended switching to calium lactate to reduce leg cramps. I found this really helped. I also added extended release magnesium on my doctor's recommendation. It has made a big difference.
