Suggested Usage

Formulated in a 2 to 1 ratio for all-purpose Calcium/Magnesium supplementation. Natural antacid, spearmint flavored, sodium and aluminum free. Contains no sugar, starch, salt, artificial colors or flavors, and no corn, wheat, yeast, milk, soy or gluten.
Warnings
Do not take more than 12 teaspoons (4 tablespoons) in a 24 hour period, or use the maximum antacid dosage of this product for more than 2 weeks except under the advice and supervision of a health care professional. Do not use this product if you have kidney disease.
