Suggested Usage

I've tried many other calcium products over the years that left me feeling constipated. This one doesn't! My chiropractor recommended I give this brand a try. Now I won't recommend any other brand to my family and friends.

As far as feeling anything, this is like most supplements, you won't necessarily feel anything, if you are not deficient in calcium or magnesium. I also take a quality magnesium supplement, along with this one, but that's more an indication of my digestive deficiencies. I take 34 vitamins daily, none of which are considered a multivitamin or multimineral. Some are combos, but only the ones that relate to each other in the body system, as such. If my nutritional doctor recommends this one by name, I take his word for it, as he is the only doctor I know who has been able to treat my multiple systemic problems, since 1998. I just wish Douglas Laboratories would allow discounting of their products. This one isn't terribly priced, but some of their products really pound the wallet, among others.
