Branched Chain Aminos contains a blend of three free form branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) and L-Lysine HCl in a vegetarian capsule. These essential amino acids are synthesized into proteins which are utilized in many processes in the body. Branched chain amino acids support lean muscle mass, promote fat metabolism, and are metabolized for muscular energy during exercise. They also help reduce protein breakdown, promote recovery and reduce normal muscle soreness after exercise, making this branched chain amino acids supplement a popular choice among athletes and others wishing to improve exercise tolerance. Since free form amino acids are unbound and require no digestion, they may be rapidly absorbed and assimilated when taken pre or post-workout.

Benefits:

  • Supports lean muscle mass, fat metabolism and muscular energy during exercise
  • Helps reduce protein breakdown and normal muscle soreness
  • Free form aminos are rapidly absorbed and assimilated

4 essential amino acids does ??

by Trainer Dave

All the essential amino acids must be present to build any protein. Its impossible to rebuild proteins (muscle tissue) with only 4 essential amino acids.. It would be like you building bikes that have to go to the stores that day. If you dont have all the parts to complete all the bikes and you have no storage facility.. those bikes they get junked. Similarily if we do not have the all the amino acids to create certain proteins. The body has no storage facility for amino acids so they get converted into glucose! Most of BCCAs taken without other amino acids will get coverted to glucose which create a sugar spike and Thats the Energy Boost that is created from taking BCCA. Which should be a concern for most individuals
