Quicksilver Scientific’s Blood Metals Panel screens for a range of potentially toxic and nutrient metals to show elevated exposure to toxic metals. The test measures levels for 8 metals, including beneficial nutrient metals and potentially toxic metals.
The Quicksilver Scientific Blood Spot Metals test is simple to complete:
- 1. Order kit on our secure website
- 2. Receive by mail in 6-10 business days
- 3. Write your name and the date on the collection card included
- 4. Answer the Requisition Form questions - *In Payment section, select “Practitioner” under Responsible for Payment to Quicksilver
- 5. Collect sample by following the instructions included in the kit. You can also view the sample collection procedure on YouTube at the following link from the Quicksilver Scientific website: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nu7XshmDDbU
- 6. Let the sample card air dry for at least half an hour prior to placing in prepaid shipping label
- 7. Within 24 hours of preparing the sample, bring it to your nearest FedEx Express local collection site
- 8. The day Quicksilver Scientific receives your sample, they email your username and a link to set your password to their Patient Portal, where you can check its status
- 9. Quicksilver will email notification once your sample results become available
Suggested Usage
- You will receive your test kit within 6-10 business days.
- Results are typically available within 10–14 business days from the date Quicksilver Scientific receives your sample.
