I've been taking this for 6 months and I feel much better without the awful side effects of nausea and constipation that traditional iron supplements can have. I take it daily as a medication for a neurological issue I am having with my legs. I have to take a natural laxative to counter side effects.

Help with Iron Deficient Anemia

Was hoping that this product would help with my Iron deficiency anemia. Couldn't take it long enough because of serious constipation. A lot of the reviews I read said this wouldn't be much of a problem. Unfortunately for me it is.

I Can't Say Enough About This Product!

I had long suffered from low iron, and was recently turned away from donating blood. After taking this product, my iron is now up to 42. My father-in-law's iron level was at 8. After taking this for a few weeks, it is now at 32. The nurses at his doctor's office all want to know what he has been taking. Neither my wife nor I have had any digestive issues with this supplement. I simply take it along with my other vitamins, usually at bedtime.
