I like this companies formulations, I think a lot of research goes into them. This has a lot of great supplements for digestion along with good amounts of digestive enzymes. I took these often to help digestion & they made my stomach feel better. Even my husband would ask for them when his stomach wasn't feeling the greatest.

Enzymes are key in digestion. This product both has bitter herbs for you body to produce their own and enzymes a part of the pill. I have noticeably better digestion when taking these before meals.
