First purchase was the seeds which my wife didn't like the taste. I bought empty veggie caps and started grinding the seeds up and packing them into the capsules WOW! This is so much work! I was falling asleep packing pills and sometimes you would lose half the capsule because it would be on another capsule so you had to check each one over and over by touch. My second purchase was the bottle of filled veggie caps averaging 2.5 seeds per capsule; nearly impossible to do on your own, my wife likes these much better. I am about to make my 3rd purchase soon
