I started taking BCQ one capsule thrice a day nearly 3 yrs ago on the recommendation of a naturopathic physician, to alleviate chonic pain in my hip and leg that I had been experiencing for the previous three years or so, and for which several cortical steroid injections were ineffective. The BCQ reduced my pain from a 10 to a 2 within days and that level lasted until recently when the severe pain returned. The N.D physician then prescribed taking 4 capsules three x a day; and my pain has again, though gradually, been reduced-- from a 10 to a 4 or 5.

I take BCQ 2x/daily and have benefitted greatly from taking it. I have carpal tunnel and other joint issues and it has helped me tremendously to stay active. I walk at least 3-4x/week 2+ miles and take mostly supplements. Only 1 script which is an eye drop.
