Together these nutrients provide nutritional support for nerve function, red blood cell formation, energy production, brain function and homocysteine metabolism.
Suggested Usage
One (1) tablet daily, or more, as directed by a healthcare professional.
Chew or dissolve in mouth before swallowing or swallow whole.

I have been using this product for about a year. I also have used other supplements from Progressive Labrotories. I love this brand and have found them to be the best! I highly recommend this B-12 if you are wanting a good one.
