ATP is a compound that serves as the immediate source of energy for the body‘s cells. It increases energy and stamina, builds muscle density, increases muscle strength, buffers lactic acid buildup, (the reason for sore, achy muscles after physical activity), delays fatigue and preserves muscle fibers. While ATP powers nearly every human function, ATP levels decline with age and in response to stress.

Great support

by AJL -

I enjoy the added energy support this product gives me. I no longer feel exhausted in the middle of the day. I only need to take one pill in the morning and the effects last all day for me.

Good energy booster

by Lynn -

This stuff is better than coffee. I have chronic lyme disease and this is the best energy generator I have found, even better than cortisol. I've tried malic acid and ribose, but this combination works better for me. I keep it in the bathroom and swallow 2 or 3 pills as soon as I get up. This works better for me than spreading out the doses. It does take at least an hour before I feel it, then about 2 hours to fully kick in. I usually take 2 pills, if I'm really groggy I take 3 all at the same time. I wait 30 mins and then take my thyroid. This product contains magnesium, which can be a laxative. I started out with one pill a day for a few days until my system got used to the magnesium, then I increased he dosage. For more energy I combine it with Source Naturals Bio Align vitamin, b12 injection, b12 sublingual, and cortisol if I need it. This is the combination that works for me now.
