Ergonomically designed for maximum comfort, it enfolds you in its embrace to soothe and relieve daily tension and stress. It may be used cooled to soothe tired, strained, puffy eyes - and allergy-related sinus conditions. The interior is filled with rice to weigh gently over strained, fatigued eyes.

Suggested Usage
To cool the pillow, place in a clean, sealed bag and leave in the freezer overnight. It can be stored in the freezer until needed. After cooling, lie down, breathe easy, and place the pillow over the eyes. The pillow will “flow” naturally and weigh comfortably over the contours of the eyes and face. Use while resting, napping, meditating, or before bed time. This pillow will comfort eye strain and induce a feeling of calm to both the body and the mind.

Warnings
Do not heat the sinus pillow when using over the eyes. Only use the pillow cool or non-heated.. DO NOT MICROWAVE.
Additional Information
CARE: This Sinus Pillow has two components: a cover and removable insert. Wash the cover as needed for safe hygiene. The cover is made of soft, plush polyfleece and is machine washable. However, make sure to remove the insert BEFORE putting the cover into the wash.
