I didn't read the ingredients before buying. Noticed increased heart rate and sleeplessness 2 wks after starting. Contains ingredients I can't tolerate. Had to stop taking this. I was trying to find good support for adrenal glands but will need to look for another product.

I really like that this product has organic glandular ingredients and adaptogenic herbs, but when my stress level is really high it is just not strong enough, which is why I gave it only 4 stars. When I'm not under lots of stress it works quite well.
