Suggested Usage

I have tried many natural sleep aids, and have found that nothing works 100% of the time. That being said, this product works most of the time, but some of the time it seems to aggravate my stomach, and I'm not sure why.

Once you spray it, you’ll feel the effect in a good 10-15 minutes. You’ll feel relaxed and ready for dreamland. I wish it gives me a whole 8 hours of sleep but in my case a good 5-6 hours only and I’m wide awake. The effect varies on each person and this is what I’ve experienced with it. I would still recommend it for you to try.
