Suggested Usage

The taste vs. benefit..

Ok, so as others have stated this not the most pleasant tasting. That said I personally think the lyposomal C tastes a bit worse (I take both). The best way I have found to take this is to add to 2 onces of pineapple juice and chug. It's not that bad. I actually find the smell (sulfuric) a little worse than the actual taste. Benefits: ok so I usually am the person that reads everyone else's benefits, buys the product and then does not feel any of those benefits myself. That has not been my experience with this. I have definitely noticed increased energy while taking both the liposomal C and the Glutathione. As a mom of a two year old and a ten month old who thinks sleep is still optional, this has helped me to function through the day and actually not drag myself like usual. I'm also waking up now rested (even after getting just 4-5 hours sleep which has been the norm for too long with my little one). Also a couple days ago I started waking up with swollen glands and a sore throat. I could feel my body was fighting something. I was diligent to take this and a few other other supplements (zinc and d3) every day and by day 3 it was totally gone. It is an expensive product but as long as I can afford to take this I will.

This product is great I just started using it about two and half maybe 3 weeks ago and I already notice a big difference in everything I didn’t know you could a feel a difference in. I took some treatments years ago and it caused my hands and feet to be significantly darker than the rest of my body, I was VERY VERY self conscious about it I realized a few days ago those areas are now blended with my original skin tone only after taking for a short period of time!!! Super fast delivery! I have read a lot of reviews about Liposomal Glutathione's interesting tast. I tried so many interesting flavors over the years. I think it's not bad at all. I been only using Liposomal Glutathione for about 10 days. I am not sure about my energy level changes, because I am recovering from jet lag. I think it help me with my skin and my gut problems, I think it has made me regular. One thing I definitely notice is my vision. I usually have blurry vision from all electronic usages, I couldn't read small letter on TV clearly from my usual spot. After about 7 days I noticed I can read small letters on TV. It's too early to say. But if Liposomal Glutathione improve my vision, I am all in.

I have an Immune deficiency which can cause me to get ill rather easily. I know that this supplement has helped me immensely when I keep on a routine dosage plan. I brought for immune support. This is a high quality product with real results. After consuming a month's worth of stated dose I saw a 70% visible reduction in brown spots on my cheeks and hands. Very interesting.Nothing else I was taking would explain this. It seems helpful for certain things and will definitely use for ACUTE needs, such as during illnesses or when I want to tackle free radical build up. Great product. Thoughtful packaging. I can tell when I don't take it

I will say that it tastes TERRIBLE. But the benefits make taking it 100% worth it. When I first started taking it I added it to coconut/pineapple juice and it helped a LOT. Now I just put it into a measuring cup and add a little water and suck it down!
