Taken as directed, this natural product may provide safe, temporary relief for occasional constipation and assist with bowel regularity. Individuals should continue to drink plenty of water, include dietary fiber such Bio-Design’s Maxi-Fiber in their diet, and participate in daily exercise.
Adults and children over 12 years of age, take 1 capsule as needed at bedtime with a full glass of water. Not recommended for children under 12. Do not exceed recommended amount. Do not take for more than one week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Not for long term use.
