5HTP, derived from West African legume Griffonia simplicifolia, is a natural precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin. In the presence of vitamin B6, 5HTP supports serotonin production in the brain, a positive mood and "sense of well-being".
Suggested Usage
Depending on type and severity of condition, 100-900 mg. per day are considered safe, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

I would buy this again and again.

I take this supplement every morning, and nightly just before I turn out the lights. A doctor gave it to me to produce more Serotonin, and help me sleep. He prescribed it to try and help relieve my fibromyalgia symptoms. I began to sleep so much better after two weeks of us.
