After being in an accident, I've experienced aching bones and really want to keep them at their best as much as I can. Zahler's BoneFactor Elemental Bone Strength Capsules are definitely giving me a good feeling of motivation that they are helping me protect my bone mass and density. These capsules are easy to swallow and don't give me any negative side effects. With all of the beneficial nutrients such as calcium, vitamin D, magnesium, etc. that BoneFactor has, it is a blend of great quality that I need at this stage in my life. My stomach can handle these easily since they are dairy free and soy free. All and all, a great need.

I love how it has 4 main ingredients for bone health; calcium, vitamin k, magnesium and vitamin D. It says to take four a day so i took two pills with breakfast and two pills with dinner. Not too big to swallow like the other pills I have tried in the past. I did not notice a horrible taste either. I really like how this brand has so many different products to choose from depending on your health needs.

I have been taking the BoneFactor for about 2 weeks and so far no after effects like bloating, cramp or nausea that I experience with most of the vitamins which is why I am very specific which brand should I stick to. I am happy that BoneFactor includes Strontium, Magnesium, Vitamin K and other elemental nutrients. It has been formulated expressly to help maintain bone health and to preserve bone mass and density.
Since I am aging and bone health is more important being a female as we lose bone density faster. BoneFactor includes elements such as Strontium and Silica, elements that help the bones continue to grow and become stronger. I can not say if my bones are getting stronger or not but I do feel better and more active. Moreover I feel good that I am taking care my bone health ,the sooner the better. The only drawback is tablets are bigger and not easy to swallow specially if you are picky about that. However I find no problem ,I can swallow easily any tablet big or small.

I have had the Bone Factor supplement by Zahler for a couple weeks now. I take the recommended dose of 4 tablets, twice a day with food. They are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach or make me feel weird. I'm excited to see the long term effects.

The bottle says improves bone mass & density but aside from having my Doctor do bone density tests before & after I have no idea how to tell if this product is working. I know I have a family history of bone density issues so I am taking this as directed just in case.

Got these as my doctor recommend that I start taking vitamins. I have noticed I don't have as much joint pain in my knees now that I have been taking them everyday. The pills don't have an overwhelming smell to them as some pills have and they are giant horse like pills which is great. These are much easier to swallow.

The pill is very easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste, which is great! I have not had any side effects. Loaded with calcium, magnesium and other nutrients this is a great supplement to add to my diet.

I am not overly sure what this product is helping to strengthen my bones, having said that I take it daily hoping for the best.0Tthere is no unpleasant after taste and doesn't upset my stomach, I do wish the pills were smaller. They are pretty large and I have to break them in half.

I was very pleased with the results of taking the Zahler Omega 3 Plantinum -D tablets , I was looking for a tablets that was easy to take and easy to swallow , It was both of those , It did not leave that aftertaste that alot of these do , I like the benefits it support healthy heart, brain, joints, vision, vascular health , Alot of Fishoil tablets have the fishy taste that I can never seem to get out of my mouth , These did not have that , thank goodness , I was having achy knees probably 3 to 4 days a week I have been taking these for a few weeks and I can tell a difference in my achy knees , I would definilty recommend these

I really liked that this supplement has a lot of good vitamins that can help so much more than just your bone health. As far as I can tell they are working. But there are a couple things that would make them better. I didn't like that you have to take 4 a day and also the pills are rather large. But it's tolerable. It's a great supplement.
