TUDCA is a bile acid naturally formed in the body that supports the digestion and utilization of fats and oils and demonstrates neuroprotective benefits.

TUDCA provides digestive support for those who may not be producing enough bile on their own. Bile in the small intestine is very important for the digestion and absorption of fats and nutrients from the foods you eat. Bile also breaks down foods, cholesterol, and destroys some harmful bacteria. It is also supportive to cellular and mitochondrial health. However, the human body only produces small amounts of TUDCA (or tauroursodeoxycholic acid). In a healthy person, digestion re-circulates some 95% of the body’s bile salts. Poor diet, decreased liver function, and certain medications can impair this process. This is where supplementation is key.

Helping clear my psoriasis

I initially read about Tauroursodeoxycholic acid researching about naturally getting rid of psoriasis. I read a very interesting study about incorporating Tauroursodeoxycholic acid and high dose Vit d and the doctors had great success. I'm on my second bottle and my psoriasis (with a strict diet and detox also) is healing more than 50%. It's been a great product for me and I feel good knowing my liver is getting the extra support it so badly needed! I came to learn the quality of this specific product and gave it shot. I won't take any other brand!
