Suggested Usage
Take 3 tablets daily on an empty stomach.

Excellent Brand-Use with the Ointment for Relief!

I love that this had vitamin C, garlic and licorice in it as well. It (along with the ointment) will heal and protect against future breakouts. Note that serving is 3 but with that being said, I found relief with 1-2 daily with an active breakout. I do not take this everyday-just when I am stressed or feeling one coming on.
