Suggested Usage

Warnings
Not for use by children, teenagers, or women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Use only at bedtime.
If you are under medical supervision, or have an autoimmune disease, diabetes, a depressive disorder, a thyroid condition, epilepsy, leukemia, or a lymphoproliferative disorder, or are taking MAO inhibitor drugs or corticosteroids such as cortisone or prednisone, consult your physician before using this product.
Do not take with alcoholic beverages or when operating machinery or driving a vehicle.

I've always had trouble falling and staying asleep, so this product is a must have for me. It recommends taking 2 tablets but I rarely take more than one, and I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. Don't know what I'd do without it!

i have never slept well, and melatonin alone is not helpful; even many prescriptions (Ambian) are not especially helpful. I have used this for years, and I cannot say enough good things about it. Read the active ingredients -- all come from mother nature. I never feel groggy in the morning, even if I decide to take an extra half at 3am.
