Suggested Usage
Shake well before using. 1 to 3 sprays before bedtime. Each spray delivers approx. 1.5 mg of melatonin. For best results, allow liquid to remain in the mouth for 30 seconds and swish before swallowing.
Use only at bedtime.

- Melatonin 4.5 mg
Other Ingredients: Deionized water, vegetable glycerin, natural orange flavor, lecithin (soy), lauric arginate, and potassium benzoate.
Contains soy.

Not for use by children, teenagers, or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
If you are under medical supervision, or have an autoimmune disease, diabetes, a depressive disorder, a thyroid condition, epilepsy, leukemia, or a lymphoproliferative disorder, or are taking MAO inhibitor drugs or corticosteroids such as hydrocortisone or prednisone, consult your physician before using this product.
Do not take more than 3 full sprays unless recommended by your physician.
