Lower Blood Pressure

I have combined this and 1/2 of 25 mg Atenolol bp med and found it works better than just the bp med. It has brought my bp down to normal most of the time. I tend to also have situational high bp as in when I'm anxious before dental or medical appt. I will try it before that appt. and see if it also can aid in lowering my bp. Love the taste of the basil. Have recommended it to a friend.
