Seditol® is an all natural ingredient blend of a patented extract from magnolia bark and a proprietary extract of jujube seed. The herbal combination of magnolia bark and jujube seed may help ease an overactive mind in order to achieve a restful night's sleep, by helping to calm the central nervous system.
Suggested Usage
1 capsule daily 1 hour prior to sleep. For best results use this product for at least 7 to 10 days to help encourage normal sleep.

Probably helping me sleep

I like the products from this company so I was very willing to try the Seditol. It seems to help me fall asleep and sleep longer before waking up during the night. I take one an hour before bedtime, then a second one when I wake up around 2AM. I plan to continue using it.
