Prima Uña de Gato contains cat's claw (Uncaria tomentosa) extract standardized to a minimum of 0.5% pentacyclic oxindole alkaloids (POAs), and is free of detectable tetracyclic oxindole alkaloids (TOAs). Minerals and enzymes are added to the formula.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule one to three times daily, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Not recommended for pregnant or nursing women or organ transplant recipients.

Good source of Cat's Claw

I have been taking this product since the end of 2005. My primary care physician recommended it to help keep the immune system strong and help keep Lyme disease in remission. I take one capsule before breakfast and again mid-afternoon on an empty stomach. The one con is that it is quite expensive, but that is because it is a specialized product, I suppose.
