Suggested Usage

Other Ingredients: Softgel Capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, enteric coating, water, carob) and Soybean Oil.
Does not contain: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.

Didn't work for me.

This did not work for me I am sorry to say. I have been having stomach issues, hoping this would help, I got heartburn and no relief. It's not for me, but may work for others.
