No soy.. very bioavailable

This is a fantastic product that really doesn't taste bad at all. One tablespoon in a small amount of apple juice...down in a couple gulps. Gives quite a bit of energy and mood elevator. I have COPD and this has benefited my ability to breathe and no complaints at all about the extra energy I feel. No side effects or stomach upsets noted. I will definitely continue to take this daily and hopefully my need for oxygen use will decline as I continue to get better. Knowing I am somewhat protected daily against germs and viruses as I venture out into the public daily gives me a great sigh of relief. My husband takes it daily also and feels the difference in his energy also. I love the fact that it has NO SOY.....Sunflower Lecthin is the best choice.....Soy is damaging to your thyroid and immune system. Wish it was less pricey!!! Much better than powdered pills. Powder isn't all that great to accomplish your goal in stopping a disease. This is as close to IV Vitamin C as possible.

I have been very sick with an autoimmune illness for a couple years. A few months ago I started celery juice and shortly after started this Vitamin C. I started some other supplements and diet changes around the same time and couldn’t tell anything right away, regarding whether this was helping. I kept taking it, along with other things and then recently ran out of it and had to quickly get a different vitamin C while I wait on this one to arrive. I didn’t order right away so it’s been a week since I’ve used this and am feeling the impact of not using this one. I quickly started feeling more sensitive and having sleep issues due to adrenal fatigue. I believe this Vitamin C has been very helpful in helping me get stronger and more resilient. I can’t wait for it to come in the mail.

We have been taking Liposomal Vitamin C for several years. I typically take two or three tablespoons two to three times a day. It has helped me recover quickly from the few colds I have had and neutralize others the moment I have felt something as it comes on. And, no digestive issues like when you take more than a couple thousand milligrams of powdered, pill form or capsules of vitamin C. This has also proven to be the most effective brand of Liposomal Vitamin C for me.

No GI upset

I always saw good response to traditional vitamin C supplements with respect to athletic recovery and energy but could never tolerate it due to mild GI upset thats disrupted sleep. I tried another liposomal formulation that contained so much citric acid for flavor that it did much the same. Liponaturals has worked great without GI issues. i just shoot it down and barely notice the taste. Energy/recovery up!
