I recently started taking these supplements and so far so good. You take four capsules a day, usually two twice a day with food and I like them so far. They are easy to swallow and they support a healthy immune system and general wellness. I'm excited to start seeing some results from this supplement.

I take Zahler Immune Defense as an extra step to keep myself healthy. It has many nutrients that I take separately, in the one pill. I have always taken vee pollen for the benefits to my immune system, but I never liked the taste. Now that it's in these pills, I dont have to worry about that anymore. The capsules are a bit big and hard to swallow, but that's my only con. I'll do anything and everything I can to boost my immune system and these pills are just what I need.

This item has been great. I started taking this the day I received it. It's hard to tell if it's truly helping yet or not but it will be nice to have it in my system for this winter. Hopefully this will help with any kind of cold related illness this year.
