Tasty Turmeric drink

If you're read anything about turmeric you know it offers a wealth of health benefits - but maybe you want to enjoy its rich flavor too. This flavorful blend is based on traditional herbal milks - just mix the powder with your favorite warm milk (dairy or non) - I like it with a dollop of honey too - and drink up. This brew is warming, calming and has a pleasantly spicy fragrance. It can be enjoyed throughout the day and year round for its great taste and many healthy properties.

My comforting go to drink

I love Golden Milk, I stir it into warmed Almondmilk with a splash of coconut oil (for better absorbtion) when I get back from my daily walk. It eases my aches and pains and is very comforting.My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I highly recommend Golden Milk and Naural healthy concepts.

While it hasn't seemed to help improve my sleep like I was hoping, I do find it to be a lovely soothing before-bed drink that I prefer over herbal tea. I add just a touch of maple syrup for flavor, and I mix it into unsweetened coconut milk. I'm going to try adding a little coconut oil, like another reviewer does, as well. I will note that this does include a little black pepper, which is necessary for absorption of turmeric, so that's great.

this is a great Ayurveda formula to add to smoothies or just mixed with some almond milk and a few drops of stevia and a dash of cacao powder.
