Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement for adults, take three (3) tablets daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

I can feel the difference

Ever since I started taking the Glucosamine, Chondroitin MSM w/ Ester C, I have really noticed a difference in my flexibility and overall pain levels. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and do not want to take prescription drugs and this combination of supplements has been very helpful in leu of medications.

Take it at breakfast and at dinner at night, been doing this for 14 years, mainly as I took up hiking twice a week, never had problems with joint mobility and did not wanted to start then, the Ester-C, for sure is a plus!
