Our FREE SHIPPING (including all US addresses, US territories and US Military addresses, including AK, HI, PR, and VI) is generally sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, via priority mail or first class mail from the US Postal Service or UPS Ground, at our discretion. Shipping transit times are generally between 2-7 business days, excluding holidays. We reserve the right to charge a $6.99 shipping fee if an alternative method is requested.
Overnight and 2nd day orders, received before 3:00PM EST are shipped when complete, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will contact you if the products in your order are not immediately available. Overnight and 2nd day orders ship via UPS or USPS (at our discretion) and are available for a $36.99 non-refundable flat fee for overnight and a $14.99 non-refundable flat fee for 2nd day within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico). Deliveries delayed due to inclement weather are not eligible for refund or guaranteed by any carrier. Overnight and 2nd Day orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge — Please call us to verify if this service is offered in your area.
The Professional Supplement Center accepts unopened returns within 60 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees. Please contact our customer service department via email or by calling 888-245-5000. Upon request, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you (the cost of your return is on us!) Once we receive your return, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
We must receive these products unopened and in new condition, therefore, the label should be reviewed prior to opening a product. Food, heat sensitive items and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
